Depending on the nature of your interaction with Gateway, we may collect personal information:
- Directly from you, when you provide the information to us or otherwise interact with us:

- Wallet information, including your wallet address, if you choose to connect it to your Gateway account.

- From third parties at your direction. Our Services enable you to take control of your private data assets in one place. You may direct companies to store your private data assets using Gateway technology so that you can manage those assets using the Services. However, Gateway only has access to your private data assets if you share the access key(s) with us.
- From publicly available blockchain sources, including timestamps of transactions or events, transaction IDs, digital signatures, transaction description, and wallet addresses. Please note some of this information may be provided by you directly during the login process.
Cookies and Information Collected by Other Automated Means
When you interact with the Services, certain information about your use of our Services is automatically collected. This includes:
- Device information, including the IP address and other details of the device you use to connect with our Services, such as device type and unique device identifier, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number.
- Location information where you choose to provide our Services with access to information about your device’s location.

- At your instruction, and if you have elected to provide us with the necessary access key(s), we will provide access to your private data assets to the recipient(s) you select using the Services, and the Services will also register the event with the decentralized blockchain solution that hosts such event data for purpose of the Services. If you select ongoing sharing and wish to discontinue sharing your private data assets with the recipient(s) you have selected, you may do so using the Services. Please note this Privacy Policy does not apply to the handling of your personal data by recipients of your private data assets. Please review the privacy policies of those recipients (as likely set forth on their websites) directly to understand their privacy practices.
- With service providers we believe need the information to perform a technology, business, or other professional function for us, such as IT services, maintenance and hosting of our Services, payment processors, accounting, auditing, and tax services, and other professional services.
- With analytics partners who collect information via cookies or similar technologies on our Services to assist us with measuring visits and traffic on our Services so we can measure and improve the performance of the Services.

We do not knowingly or intentionally gather information from or about children.
